Learning Center Signs

One of my favorite products is our learning center signs that continually reminds and informs myself and anyone that comes into the classroom just what the students are learning in the defined areas called centers or stations.

Each of the signs is written with your choice of an “I Am”, or an “I Can” statement that informs the observer of the learning objectives that are taking place — the purpose for the activities and the benefits to the children. I wrote the description with a link to a future career with specific skills learned at the center which will directly impact one’s future life.

There are two versions of the learning center signs. One is cute clip art, and the other is actual photographs. Beside the dozens of signs, center choice cards are included that are size for the pocket chart center organization.

These center signs explain the “Whys!” The reasons to protect early childhood and promote developmentally appropriate practices.
